Seaport-e

SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) vehicle is the Navy’s electronic platform for acquiring support services in 22 functional areas including Engineering, Financial Management, and Program Management. NAVSEA Warfare Centers established Seaport-e to provide a web-based, e-business procurement portal, to facilitate performance-based service acquisition, leverage buying power, improve business intelligence and reduce cycle time. The SeaPort-e portal provides a standardized, efficient means of soliciting offers from amongst the diverse population of large and small businesses and their approved team members. All task orders are competitively solicited, awarded and managed using the SeaPort-e web based platform.

Perceptix staff offers diverse and high-impact experience in strategy design and analysis, intelligence, training, and operations and has worked in strategic roles at the headquarters of the Joint IED Defeat Organization (JIEDDO), USSOUTHCOM, and SOCSOUTH. Perceptix draws upon the diverse tactical and operational experience of its staff, which includes founding Weapons Intelligence Team (WIT) members who have served in support of OPERATION IRAQI FREEDOM, former Asymmetric Warfare Group (AWG) members, Special Operations warriors, and Intelligence Community professionals.

Perceptix’s Weapons Technical Intelligence (WTI) specialties include pre- and post-blast investigation of IED events, C-IED tactics, techniques and procedures (TTP) analysis, biometric and forensic evidence collection, and C-IED sensitive site exploitation (SSE). Perceptix has been an active contributor to the complete revision of the IED lexicon, WTI handbook, and the Army Unified Exploitation Concept of Operations (UE CONOP) and is currently supporting the revision of the WTI Security Classification Guide (SCG).

In support of the full range of military operations, Perceptix offers considerable insight into global technology threats as well as the dynamics of transnational criminal and terrorist organizations. Perceptix continues to support cross-talks and collaboration with partner nation militaries worldwide in these two critical mission areas, and is currently spearheading the effort to update Research and Development (R&D) data exchange agreements with several partner nations to enable information sharing and coordinated response to asymmetric threats.

Perceptix holds a lead coordination role in several important partner nation engagements to include Army bilateral staff talks with Colombia and multiple sustained engagements in Latin America related to Countering Narcotics, Counter-Transnational Organized Crime, and Counter-IED training and operations. Engagements have included partner nation members from both the military and law enforcement communities, and have resulted in critical staff and strategic evolution, enhancing partner nation capacity to conduct these critical internal and international defense missions. Perceptix continues to provide liaison support between US Embassy Country Teams to include Law Enforcement Agencies, the Department of State’s Narcotics Affairs Section, Defense Attache Offices, and US Military Groups throughout the Americas. Perceptix offers recognized subject matter expertise on transnational criminal and terrorist organizations in the Americas and continues to serve as the main point of contact for I2WD on RFIs concerning those regions.

Perceptix staff has extensive experience serving on multi-disciplinary teams in both peacetime and crisis environments. Our seasoned professionals excel in advising both General Purpose Forces and Special Operations Forces in the integration and fusion of lessons learned, operational data, and intelligence information to hone tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP) development in an effective and seamless process. Perceptix has a proven track record of bridging the gap between the R&D community and the special operations community, in its support to both Army RDECOM and the Theater Special Operations Commands, specifically SOCSOUTH and SOCCENT. Our intimate understanding of the operational environment transitions key R&D investments to the end user, with unique and timely technological solutions that meet tactical needs and global combatant commander requirements. Our specific areas of focus in the realm of disruptive technology innovation range from C4ISR to Cyber to Energetics and Materials, and we pride ourselves on our ability to drive technology development efforts with user CONOPs and lessons learned.

Perceptix’s robust experience in C4ISR Development, Analysis, and Operations centers on the integration and delivery of advanced high-tech solutions to military and government agencies. Perceptix staff continues to spearhead rapid R&D, acquisitions, and enterprise architecture initiatives to support the global C4ISR mission. Perceptix also has extensive knowledge of RF technology together with in-depth experience in systems design, project engineering, program management, and strategic planning to provide unique solutions to its customers.

Aethercomm

Aethercomm has a history of providing exceptional services in the Electronic Warfare (EW) and Command, Control, Communication, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) arena for more than 12 years. Aethercomm has a staff with broad range of engineering and information technology experience. Disciplines represented are System Engineering, Signal Processing, High Power RF design, Analog & Digital Design, Computer Science and Sustainment.

Aethercomm has a world-class team of innovative engineers capable of developing Radio Frequency (RF) systems, subsystems and components. Sophisticated modeling and simulation capabilities allow us to rapidly develop systems that meet or exceed customer requirements. Aethercomm prototype high risk elements of our designs so that Aethercomm may mitigate those concerns prior to building the system. Aethercomm have frequency range competency from 1 MHz to 40 GHz. Aethercomm are experienced in the development of continuous wave and pulsed amplifiers with power outputs up to the kilowatt range. Our amplifiers may be designed for linear or saturated operation. Aethercomm is proficient in narrow-band and broad-band designs. Device technologies routinely used are Gallium Nitride (GaN), Gallium Arsenide (GaAs), and Laterally Diffused Metal Oxide Semiconductor (LDMOS) and our foundry relationships allow us to constantly push transistor development. Aethercomm is well versed in amplifier miniaturization using MIC technology. Aethercomm design amplifiers that operate at the limits of efficiency, linearity, power out, and survivability. Aethercomm is capable of developing custom limiters, LNAs, and high-power T/R switches.

Aethercomm systems are designed to survive the most rugged environments. Aethercomm is experienced with all types of environmental and electrical performance tests. Aethercomm work closely with our customers in order to create a comprehensive response to their needs- even as they evolve during development. Aethercomm routinely provide amplifiers and systems to support EW/ECM platforms, IFF systems, TACAN/RADAR systems, TWT replacement, JTRS systems, communications systems, as well as a variety of other applications. Our internal research and development efforts continue to provide new capabilities for our amplifiers and our key component suppliers develop new applications for us routinely.

Aethercomm RF systems are designed using 3D modeling techniques and all thermal, environmental, and structural analysis is performed using sophisticated finite element analysis and computational fluid dynamics. Aethercomm specialize in high thermal stress environments and is capable of employing state-of-the art thermal management schemes. Aethercomm design for manufacturability and testability in order to produce the most efficient amplifier possible.
